MANUFACTURE OF EQUIPMENT

Pasteurizing, cooling, reheating and thermolyzing tunnels.

This is EMIA's core activity, based on experience acquired at Gasquet by the founding team of EMIA. Their design, reliability and production quality have brought satisfaction to many customers in the domains of brewing, preserves and jams.
Producers of ciders, apple juices and sparkling wines have also benefited from the many solutions that we have been able to provide.
Our clients' increasingly specific requirements led us in 2007 to develop a UP regulation system. This project which we aim to complete by the end of the year will enable us to guarantee our clients the target UP value within the contractual tolerances required by the largest breweries.

Conveyor and computer integrated material handling systems

This Industrial activity allows us to provide solutions that are entirely designed, developed and manufactured by EMIA for an extensive range of packagings.
Our systems also enable use to meet to strict dairy product requirements in terms of cleanability and disinfection while maintaining a very high industrial performance level.
We cater for individual and bulk packaging (packs, cartons, boxes and pallets). We have also developed a FIFO-type (First In, First Out) dynamic accumulation systems to manage accumulations for products packaged at either low or high temperatures. Our compact aligners are suitable for different shapes and types of containers.

UV sterilizers

This activity was launched in 2006, providing germicidal solutions (Log 3 and 4 reduction) via dedicated ultraviolet treatment specially developed for agri-food applications.
These solutions are easily integrated into existing conveyors and also have the advantage of modularity to ensure the same performance regardless of rate. Example of use: localized disinfection of empty PET and PEHD packages before filling.
These devices also have many options for regulation, air treatment (class 1,000) making it possible to adapt to our clients' different requirements.
