Water and air treatment

Because "treatment" is often dependent on the environment and its multiple restrictions, EMIA selected world-renowned business partners and members of the International Water Bottling Association (IWBA) to provide physical, mechanical and chemical water treatments for your process water.

These processes are used by the world's largest mineral water bottlers.
Our air treatment systems allow you to monitor the particle rate of your various packaging activities while maintaining temperatures and humidity rates that are suitable for people working and the storage of raw materials. The performance of your packaging lines very often improves in areas in which our air treatment systems have been installed.

Compressed air 40b and BP (8-10b)

This Industrial activity allows us to provide solutions that are entirely designed, developed and manufactured by EMIA for an extensive range of packagings. Compressors are a vital part in packaging lines, and our many years of expertise enable us to select and size them correctly. We also provide environmentally-friendly, ergonomic installations to optimize pipe lengths. Our compressor selection takes into account the energetic cost of each Nm3/h generated.

Automated bottling line controls

This activity was launched in 2006, providing germicidal solutions (Log 3 and 4 reduction) via dedicated ultraviolet treatment specially developed for agri-food applications.
We provide both a technological and human response, from the design stage onwards. Our staff take account of our customers' needs to find the best solutions (SIEMENS, TELEMECANIQUE, ALLAN BRADLEY) to the regulation of your bottling lines. This also enables EMIA to guarantee high line performances.

Beverage process

Our syrup, carbonation, addition, pasteurization and de-aeration systems enable our clients to create or develop simple or complex beverage recipes.
We take special care to offer you the best technologies in partnership with the largest manufacturers to guarantee both quality and the lowest possible power consumption.

Power supplies for machines

EMIA delivers true turnkey systems and can also take charge of the design and production of pneumatic and hydraulic (stainless steel) or electric power supplies.
Network quality is vital for your equipment. To guard as much as possible against external network failure, we also ensure the design and installation of uninterruptible power supplies.

Preform and closure manufacture

EMIA provides preform and closure manufacturing solutions with the largest press and mould manufacturesin order to enable our clients to master the quality and supply of these highly strategic consumables in PET conditioning lines.

Conditioning and packaging machines

From bottle manufacture (PET, PE) to stretch wrapping, to filling, labeling, unitization, case packing and palletization, and so on.
